ALMOND CHIA COCONUT GRANOLA
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet.
Combine oatmeal / almonds / shredded coconut / cinnamon in a bowl.
Stir in maple syrup / olive oil.
Spread evenly on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 mins, stir, and bake for another 15 mins until golden brown.
